I bought this after the printer roll in my Brother FAX-575 Personal Fax, Phone and Copier had been re-rolled once. I wish I had purchased them sooner. The new rollers were easy to install in the cartridge from the fax machine, I only had to transfer the white plastic pieces from the old rollers to these new ones. Now my faxes and copies come through crisp and clear again.

The item was received in a timely manner. Our Fax is old, but I was happy to find they still have the ribbon available. It would be great if it used an easier type but it doesn’t so until the fax decides to go to fax heaven, I will have to use this type of ribbon.

This was a total waste of money. These rolls did not fit my cartridge. When I
received the product the box they came in did not say they fit the FAX 575. I tried
to “jerry rig” the rolls onto the cartridge but it just didn’t work. I got the
product in good time but was disappointed. For the same price, I got a cartridge
with rolls from a different company this week. Oh well, live and learn.
